  • Drinks are available from the vending machine. Please help yourself to drink. We don’t provide meals.
  • You can bring your own drink. (Except alcoholic drinks)
  • You can visit our animal cafe without a reservation, but waiting times can vary depending on the attendance.
  • A minimum of 60mins entrance is required when making a reservation. You cannot change the locations after making a reservation. Please make sure check if the location is the place you would like to visit.
  • Please make sure to review the important notes for each store before making a reservation.
  • We cannot give refunds if you cancel your reservation on the day. If you’d like to change the detail of the reservation, please contact us through the inquiry form, call or our social media.
  • On the next page, the section of selecting the number of people might not be translated in English depending on your devices. If you are not sure, please refer to the following.

  • The reservations cannot be made for those who are planing to visit with your children under 3 years old. (Yokohama Chinatown only)
  • Please contact us in advance if you are planning to live stream and come for interviews in the cafe.
  • Please read our shop rules upon arrival and understand that we cannot be held responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damage/stains to clothing or personal belongings caused by the animals.

  • Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by parents.(Under 15 years of age at Harajuku Terrace and Asakusa.)
  • Please sanitize your hands before interacting with the animals. (It's to protect the health of the animals.)
  • We operate with the safety of the animals as our top priority. (In order to avoid unexpected accidents.)
  • Please refrain from bringing pets with you. There is a possibility that our café’s animals, as well as your cherished pets, may experience stress from one another. We aim to create an environment where all animals can feel safe and relaxed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

  • Do I need a reservation?

    You can visit without a reservation. However, during busy times, entry may be restricted. We recommend making a reservation in advance to ensure your visit.

  • Can I reserve the entire space (private booking)?

    Yes, private bookings are available. Please contact each store for details.

  • What age can children enter?

    Children can enter from 0 years old when accompanied by a guardian.
    Children under 3 years old can enter for free.

  • I’m concerned about allergies.

    Allergic reactions may occur due to animals or materials used in their care.
    Please consult your doctor before visiting if you have concerns.
    We are not responsible for injuries or allergic reactions that occur in our store.

  • Can children enter alone?

    Children are not allowed to enter without a guardian.
    The required age for guardian accompaniment varies by store.
    For the safety of both our animals and guests, please visit together with a guardian.

  • Can I store my luggage?

    We provide luggage space or lockers inside the store.
    However, space is limited and may not always be available.
    Please speak to our staff if you have large items such as strollers or suitcases.

About the Animals

  • Can I touch the animals?

    Yes, you can interact with the animals safely under staff supervision.

    Please note: Interaction may be restricted for children under 3 years old depending on the store.

  • Can I adopt an animal from the store?

    Yes, adoption is available.
    The types of animals vary by location, so please contact each store for details.
    Adoption is available only to residents of Japan.

  • Can I feed the animals?

    Yes, we sell treats that you can purchase and give to the animals.

  • Can I interact with otters?

    Otters usually stay freely in their enclosure.
    You may be able to shake hands, feed them treats, or gently pet them when staff bring them closer.

    We also offer a paid interaction experience in the same room. However, availability may be limited depending on the otters’ condition.

    Please note:
    This paid experience is not available for small children, pregnant guests, or those with injuries such as fractures.
    Priority is given to customers with reservations.

  • Can I interact with capybaras?

    Yes, you can interact with capybaras.
    They are gentle animals, but please always follow staff instructions.

  • Is there a risk of being bitten?

    We prioritize safety, but as these are living animals, we cannot guarantee zero risk.
    Following staff instructions helps minimize risks.

    If you are injured, please inform our staff immediately.
    We can provide basic first aid, but we are not responsible for injuries.

  • Will there be any animal smells?

    We maintain a clean and well-ventilated environment to ensure your comfort.
    However, guests who are sensitive to smells or not accustomed to animals may find it uncomfortable.
    We recommend bringing a mask if you are concerned.
